when i try to access in my seedbox, kodi shows me the message ( couldn’t connect to network server )
I can not find any solution the only thing I can say is that I connect to my seedbox with my android smartphone with solid explorer in ftp is it does not work but when i changed settings of solid explorer when I activate the option ftp active mode its works

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:
enable debug logging at settings->system->logging
reboot the OSMC device
reproduce the issue
upload the log set either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A
