Problem with hw verification for 3D iso

Hi! I am a very happy owner of Vero V that was recently given to me as a gift (I was about to buy it but my relatives beat me to it).

First of all, I hope to have time this weekend to configure it as best as possible, but I noticed from the few tests I was able to do that in the case of 3D iso, java installed, if I start the main movie directly, the 3D works perfectly, while if I decide to play the bluray by choosing the menu playback option (as if I inserted the physical bluray 3D into a player), after the initial marvel theme song (which is in 2D), I see a message on video that hardware is incompatible with 3D. In my case, I tried several iso versions of Deadpool & Wolverine 3D, all of which have the same problem and I have not had the opportunity to try other films (maybe 3D-only bluray iso and not 2D+3D).

How can I solve this problem?

I apologize if by chance there is already a resolution here and I am the one who has not found it in the forum.

Anyway, I hope you can help me solve this problem.

Thanks in advance

Well, that is a known problem. The 3rd party library “libbluray” that Kodi is using doesn’t provide 3d playback support for menus. Further, the 3d implementation in that library is not complete. That is the reason for the message that you get. I’m sorry, but we can’t do much about it :frowning: .

Thanks for the feedback!

Can’t it be solved even with a future update of Vero V?
Do other versions of Vero have the same problem?
Is there really no solution? Not even by acting in some way on the ISO in question?

In theory it can be solved as it’s a software issue, but the BD-J menu support is quite experimental and isn’t going to get much attention going forward.
