when using my pvr and i change channels do not load and then i get the sad face and it reboots some one pls help. here is my full log

doesn’t look like a valid codec licence
Alternatively you may want to try a Krypton build which has improvements on PVR handling
that is what they email me with that codec licence
That would be strange, maybe something went wrong. Was the email from “store@raspberrypi.org” and subject “Your license keys”, did you entered your correct serial number?
yes everything is correct i got the information from setting /system info /hardware/serial. do you think i have to reinstall osmc
Well it might be that some of your addons are the reason for your problem which would be fixed with a reinstall. But the strange codec licence would not be caused by that.

Ok, seems you have taken that from the PDF. You will get an email with your “real” licence.
As it states in the PDF
“This is not your MPEG-2 license key!
Your license key will be generated within 72 hours and sent to
the email address that you supplied.”
