On one of my Pi2 installs there is a rainbow box in the top right of the screen that constantly fades in and out. It’s even there during video playback.
It’s only on one, the other one is fine so it might be a glitch that a reinstall would fix.
But I thought I would bring it to your attention just in case it’s something you would like to know about.
