It was not my encode i downloaded it and checked the new releases from the releasers here are a comparison:

Only downloaded it because it was available on Netflix and i don’t use Netflix because i want everything on my harddrive (not a fan of streaming over the internet).
I only reencoded the file above to test the Raspberry Pi 3. Seems like the releasers changed the crf setting to 17 to lower the maximum bitrate.
Normally i only watch my own untouched rips. But to the time of the release above there was no untouched h264 from netflix so all of the groups/releasers captured the video via capturecard in 4K and encoded it to 1080p but now its not important anymore.
