Red light persistent, Vero 4K+ won't boot with original power supply

Hello there,

I have Vero 4K+ and Vero 4K. The 4K+ red light came on after not using for a short while. Tried unplugging/replugging but no change, and device won’t boot up.

Powering by USB A brings the persistent red light, and device isn’t booting.

Swapped the power supply for the one from the original 4K, and it works fine.

Is it possible to order a replacement power supply?

Thanks Sam. Nope, my device was out of warranty back in 2019, was one of the first 4K+ orders in! Will order another power supply. Cheers!
