Remote controller become insensitive when playing a movie

Hi, everyone! I’ve bought a RPi 2, and installed osmc on it. It works well with my remote controller through lirc. But the only problem is that when I’m playing a movie, the controller will be insensitive.

How does that happen? How can I solve that problem?

I think this could be because when a movie is playing the menuframerate is limited.
Try to find the option to change that in the hardware options.
