Remote dongle failure

Hi,

The dongle for my remote behaves strangely: the pairing with the remote seems to be working properly, but doesn’t work at all afterwards.

So, I plugged the dongle into a PC, and I see this. And it goes on and on forever…

It could be a loose connection. Have you tried another USB port?

Yes, I’ve tried all the slots of my computer, and the Vero also. It does the same. :frowning:

The receiver might be physically damaged.
If you email support@osmc.tv I will see what can be done.
