Remote dont work randomly

Hello, happy Vero4k user here for several years.
But I am seeing problems with vero4k remore in past half year. It is the original remote+USB receiver which comes with Vero4k in its box.

While I moving through KODI GUI and menus, it will randomly stops answering to remote commands. Its like you going from one button to another in KODI GUI, and it suddenly stops. Like it cant get a signal from remote. When I move remote to another position or turn it to another direction, it will start reacting again immediatelly, or after few more button push on remote. But sometimes it seems that its enough to slightly change direction of remote and its enough for it to stop working.

So far, it worked good, vero4k sits in its place for years. No furniture changes. Nothing changed with KODI or its plugins, except official KODI or system updates.

I tried replacing remote battery twice, re-pairing remote, turn vero4k on its place so remote USB receiver is facing towards remote. Problems still persists.

Does anyone have any clue, what else I can try?

Thanks.

Hi

Can you post some logs and try the other USB port on the device?

It sounds like you may have some local interference. Is there a wireless keyboard or router nearby? Do you have more than one OSMC remote in your home?

Sam

Hello,
I have tried another USB port and its still behave the same.

Logs are here:
https://paste.osmc.tv/komawacuga

I dont have any wireless keyboard and my wireless router is the same for years (Huawei HG8245W5).

However, I found something weird in the logs. There are repeating occurrence of this. Like it repeatedly redetecting USB receiver/remote:

Hi

Sorry for the late reply. I suggest contacting support@osmc.tv with your order and a link to this thread so we can investigate further
