@dastrix Excuse my English but this is now confusing me:
You own now an original remote control which came with the Vero and a replacement remote control.
In both controls:
- you replaced the batteries several times
- no LED is visible on the controls pressing Home+OK button same time for 5 or longer seconds
- you re-inserted the USB dongle into the powered Vero after having pressed the Home+OK buttons on the controls for 5-6 seconds
That would mean you would have got two times DOA remote controls, very unlikely … but who knows. From what Sam said in most cases the returned remote controls show drained CR2032 batteries as reason for not working …
