Remote no response

Help and Support Vero 4K / Vero 4K +

Hi
I tried regular process to sync (USB unlug, Home/OK buttons, USB plug, 3 x blue LED, power off, power on) - no response
Also new battery in a remote - still no response…

Used also 2nd USB port on Vero, the same result

I think your dongle may have gone a bit sideways.
