Remote stopped working after powering off for a few hours

Greetings,

My Vero V remote stopped working after I powered off the device and removed the power adapter for a couple of hours. I have tried pairing (Home+OK) but no response. Tried changing the battery as well, but same result.

A few months ago I added an XBOX One media remote because I had issues with the Vero official remote, but went back to the V remote until now. I have connected a USB keyboard and managed to get some logs.

My device is running a staging version os OSMC due to the issue with audio and video being out of sync and now because of the stuttering issue in the latest update.

The remote receiver inside your Vero seems to have failed and isn’t showing up. I’d suggest to email support@osmc.tv and provide your order number and a link to this thread. They can send you out a replacement dongle to get it working again.
