Remote stopped working on my Vero V after August 2025 update

Hi,

I just applied the August update to my Vero V. Once restarted the remote was no longer working.

The things I’ve tried is:

  • Re-pairing it
  • Rebooting, re-pairing
  • Changed battery
  • Re-paired
  • Rebooted
  • Re-paired
  • Plus some more reboot/repair attempts

None of the above have worked.

I’m not sure if anyone could have a look at the logs to see if there’s anything there that might help troubleshoot the issue?

@sam_nazarko Is there an auto-reply on that support account? I’ve tried contacting them twice and no reply.

No there isn’t. I find auto-replies to be somewhat impersonal.
I’ll try and get on top of emails by Thursday, it’s been a bit busy here.
