I noticed that the remote of my Vero V suddenly stopped working since last week, after having to reboot due to an update.
When I press any button, I shortly see a blue light on the front of the remote. The media player just doesn’t respond to it.
The input peripherals only shows CEC adapter.
Things I already tried:
- Reboot
- Cold boot
- Re-pair the remote (hold home+ok). The blue light is steady for a while, and then goes of. Afterwards pressing a button shows the blue light again (shortly) but still no response from the Vero V.
- New battery for the remote.
- Re-pair again
- Re-pair the remote to my other Vero V → this works (flickering blue light while pairing)
- Try to pair the remote of my other Vero V → this doesn’t work (static blue light while pairing)
- Complete reinstall of OSMC (using image on USB stick). Stuck at installation where I need to hold home+ok on the remote. No response. Managed to continue installation with my Harmony One+ remote (IR).
- Tried to re-pair again. Still nothing.
See logs since last reinstall:

I’m not sure what to try next.
As the remote seems to working fine, I suspect there’s something wrong with the Vero V itself? Hopefully the logs will give a better indication.
Greetings
