Symptoms explained here: Raspberry Pi 3 and Osmc - #2 by jappish84
Did you update to staging?
Should be fixed there
Sorry, you mean this: Skin changes lost after a reboot - #60 by sam_nazarko ?
I haven’t, just read about it, thought I’d try it
Even though these are not debug enabled logs, meaning they provide us less info than is available and often necessary to sort such issues, it seems that you have numerous misconfiguration issues on your install… Is it even connecting or connectable to/from anything?!

And that is just a small sample… Additionally, the very first step to take when debugging a random crash issue, is to revert your overclock settings to something lower than Turbo… Also, why is 320Mb GPU mem necessary here? This could contribute to an out of memory crash.
All those errors are from yesterday when after a crash. skin reset to OSMC and system wasn’t contactable with Yatse remote. Somehow, a few kodi addons I tried wouldn’t start, So I just grabbed logs from SSH. The thing is, I wasn’t even going to upload the logs, just wanted to check for myself, but since they got uploaded I contacted Sam, and the rest is history as you know.
I know this system has a lot of miss configuration, I mentioned that earlier, actually the thing that surprises me is that is has been stable for so long
I should have uploaded logs from one of the other two systems that haven’t been messed with like this one but I won’t bother, I’m pretty sure it’s the same skin resetting problem some users are having, even if they aren’t complaining about audio/video settings in kodi being reset
320Mb GPU mem is something some guy over at kodi irc told me to try a long while back, can’t remember why. Like I said, system has been rock solid up until yesterday, when three different systems started acting up on the same day… that’s why I thought it had to be an update.
Another odd thing is that everything seems to fine on this system today… I’ll do a reinstall if it gets unstable again, I’ll probably wait for that fix Sam mentioned to be pushed first.
