Response time to support ticket?

Hiya. Anyone know the typical response time to a support ticket?

I’m not upset. Just confused. It’s my first Vero. My ticket is messed up… text jumbled, a photo Sam asked for is missing.

The fault looks very minor. But I don’t know.

I’m about 4 days behind on emails and travelling tomorrow. Will be fully caught up by Saturday evening.

I have responded to your ticket. The image you showed me isn’t actually a fault (regarding the positioning of the rubber pads on the Vero V).
