I just watched this video and It made me wonder if the future vero’s will be run by a RISC-V SoC

No - we are happy with ARM currently

The days of RISC vs. CISC were over a decade ago. Both methods have their pros and cons, pure RISC has more cons. Current x86 chips actually use some RISC instructions internally. Current ARM processors iirc are a bit of a hybrid of the two technologies. This is nothing but a PR story about someone trying to make inroads and appears to contain quite a bit of fluff.
