Title says it all.
I’m just playing back a simple 480p 20min sitcom as a test. My usb HDD is mounted via fstab to /mnt and NFS server is enabled. I always play via USB HDD.
I have found the issue at the end of the log, seems like the video file I am playing back is not complete. That’s fine, the video file is the culprit. But it would be nice to get an error message instead of a sad smiley. Not sure if it’s only Kodi that crashes or if the whole system goes down.
It’s Kodi:
Dec 02 12:49:10 Vero mediacenter[744]: /usr/bin/mediacenter: line 204: 863 Segmentation fault sudo -u osmc $KODI --standalone -fs --lircdev /var/run/lirc/lircd
...
Dec 02 12:49:10 Vero mediacenter[744]: Kodi exited with return code 139 after 0 hours, 5 minutes and 51 seconds
The operating system continues to work.
