Rp3 - sad face loop

I have tried flashing all images from 2021 to the most recent 2023 and they all lead to the same sad face loop.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have another display you could try it with?

Thanks for getting back to me.

The solution is actually related to changing the display.

A faulty cable kept the device on loop.

I have monitored the device and swapped the HDMI cable since.

Happy days.
