Rpi3 headphone jack as input

I have Raspberry Pi 3, i have connected a USB Sound card to raspberry pi as audio Output because i need two aux out. so can i use the audio jack on board as aux input from like laptop and get output to sound card?? If yes then how?

Thanks for response But i want to input audio to build-in jack (AS LINE-IN ) and get output to sound card.
My Sound card can already give 2 outputs

I doubt the Raspberry Pi supports audio-in via the heaadphone plug

so i searched on web Raspberry pi3 headphone jack can only output audio and cannot input so can i use my sound card to input and output audio

My sound card have 2 Audio in and 2 Audio out
