RPi4 Complex CEC scheme need help

Hello.
For years I am happy owner of OSMC running on RPi4
My current setup as follows: RPi4 (HDMI0) → AVR Marantz SR6007 → Philips 40PFL6606 (HDMI ARC)
CEC works perfect so i can control navigation, playback and many other things like audio/subtitle track switch with my remote buttons and AVR volume controlled from TV’s remote as well

I am planning to update my TV to 4K OLED with HDR support.
Since my audio path goes through AVR which does not support 4K HDR video i want to keep HD audio formats support (Which is not available in OLED TV and also not suppoted by AVR’s old ARC)

I was thinking to plug HDR TV to RPi4 HDMI0 out for HDR video output and AVR Marantz to HDMI1 out of RPi4 just for audio output.
AVR need to be connected to TV via ARC HDMI to have Netflix and other services sound coming from TV

I’ve pre-tested this scheme with my old Philips 40PFL6606 and it seems like there is CEC conflict caused by devices connected in loop
RPi4 HDMI0 → TV ← AVR ←RPi4 HDMI1
I suppose since AVR and TV sees RPi with two different paths it causes CEC subsystem stuck
How it looks like.
When i switch on my TV and AVR and boot RPi4 into OSMC my TV detects OSMC and remote control woks fine.
But when i switch TV to HDMI ARC after coming back to RPi4 HDMI in CEC stops working until sequential restart of either RPi4 or sometimes every component

Actually I do not need CEC support on HDMI1 of RPi4, only HDMI0 for TV only.
I tried to disable it with udev rules but no success here.
Kindly appreciate your advices to resolve my not regular problem
