Could not find what I was looking for : Can I Run OSMC and Kodi on a PC and Windows 10 ?

Not on Windows. OSMC is a complete OS.

An OSMC port for x64 is planned

You might first read the FAQ Frequently Asked Questions - General - OSMC

OSMC is the operating system that runs Kodi so therefore obvisouly you will not be able to run OSMC on Windows 10.
You can run Kodi on Windows10 if you want to Download or you might be in the future able to run OSMC in parallel to Windows10 on your PC Version for x86/x64 - #33 by squeekymouse89
