Sad Face after July Update

I was on the June version, updated to July and got the sad face reboot loop

my log is here:

I have tried:
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get -f install
all with no luck

Aug 09 22:05:28 osmc mediacenter[298]: /usr/lib/kodi/kodi.bin: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Have you tried to fsck the ext4 partition yet, looks like the file system is corrupted.

Ran fsck in recovery mode, said it was clean, forced it found no errors. Same error on boot.

You probably need to force the fsck, assuming the data is recoverable, then reinstall the Userland package.

Check power supply and SD card. Also make sure you don’t run sudo apt-get upgrade in future.

I forced fsck and it didn’t find anything, I will install on a new SD card. Thanks for the help everyone.
