It looks like you have a filesystem corruption.
You can try to fix the specific problem but it’s possible there will be more, in which case a reinstall will be necessary.
To try to fix the immediate problem,in SSH, you need to run:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall rbp-userland-osmc
If that doesn’t help, you’ll need to reinstall.
