Something strange is happening. When I navigate to Series in OSMC, I can see all my series, no problem. But then I open one specific serie, in this example American Chopper, and when I press back on my remote, the Series section only contains two (recently added by the way) series: American Chopper and Grand Tour. When I go back once more (to main menu) and go to Series again, all my series are back. Anybody any idea? I uploaded sequence of screenshots of my steps.

Do you have ‘Hide watched’ enabled? That sounds like exactly the kind of buggy behaviour it exhibits.
Nope, I don’t have the option enabled (never had).
I also noticed that some series were shown as empty all of a sudden, when in fact they weren’t on my NFS share. I removed the source within OSMC, re-added it and scanned it, now tv series are complete again. However, it is still doing this weird thing when I go back.
I did notice something just now. The empty series (I have Sonarr, so it’s monitoring on the NAS, hence a series is not deleted on highest level) disappear when I hit back from a specific serie like in my example. When I come from home and go to series, it does show the empty series…
It was actually the hide empty shows setting i was thinking of and mixed them up as it used to do the same for me but only with the actual empty ones not being hidden until you back out of the season level. Weird that it’s doing it for you with ones that aren’t empty.
This is interesting, turning that option ON actually solved it! However, I don’t think it should behave like this right?
Thanks for the suggestion!
