- Watching content on Vero V
- Turn off TV using Kodi app
- After 5-10s TV automatically turns on again
My not-family-member-friendly-workaround:
- Watching content on Vero V
- Switch back to Apple TV input (I start my TV by starting the ATV, partial bad habit, partially because I don’’t know how to start TV from Vero/Kodi)
- Turn on Apple TV again (since it went into standby due to inactivity)
- Turn off Apple TV (which turns off TV)
Devices:
- LG OLED65C35LA
- Denon AVR-X4500H
- Vero V
Settings:
- Switch source to this device on startup: OFF
- Put devices in standby mode when activating the screens: OFF
- Wake devices when deactivating the screensaver: ON
- CEC client device mode: Recording Device
- Action when switch to another source: Stop Playback
- Force AVR to wake up when Kodi is activated: OFF
- Send “Inactive source” command on shutdown: ON
- Devices to power off during shutdown: TV
- When the TV is switched off: Suspend
- Devices to also put in standby mode: /
- Devices to power on during startup: /
