Hi I placed an order May 4th then received an email saying it was delayed but would be shipped by May 15th and I would get a tracking number. I sent a couple of follow up emails and haven’t heard back.

Yeah I’m in the same boat. Ordered on the 5/6th, was told two days later that it’ll be delayed and shipped by March 15th. Radio silence.
Annoying how they are happy to take our money, THEN tell us that there is no stock. Then they delay our order even longer.
why are they accepting orders for stock they don’t have? I was expecting a 3 day delivery time but this has turned to 2 weeks +.
A message BEFORE you order would have been nice, even a message on the 15th saying “sorry, it’s not here yet. Give us 2-3 more days” just to keep us in the loop

That being said - I’m sure they’re busy and we’ll get a reply soon. Can’t wait to use it! I’m specifically using it for the 3D output support so can’t wait

EDIT: Also, when do we get our tracking numbers? The email said we would get our tracking numbers when it has shipped and I’ve received no email confirming shipment as of yet. Maybe that’ll come today

Remaining orders will be fulfilled on Friday.
I hate the word ‘hike’. Once this batch runs out (won’t be long); we will have to increase prices. We have already held back shipping cost increases and packaging increases.

Got the tracking number last night around 11pm UK time. Don’t think it shipped three days ago as it still is not valid. Shipped = the shipper has received the package. Hope you actually went to the post office today.
Edit: finally the tracking is valid and just shows as sender preparing item.
Items are collected from us daily, not handed off to a post office.
For international shipments, tracking is issued once the item has been accepted by the destination country’s customs.
