Your FAQ says delivered in 2 to 3 days.

If not will have to file a claim with PayPal.

This shipped on Tuesday 2nd March with tracking. It was ordered too late for Friday dispatch.

I received the tracking number. If the order shipped on the 2nd as you mentioned it would have tracking active.

Can’t track it using the refrence number you sent.

You said sent on 2nd… its not even dispatched amd now its week. I understand Friday was late, Saturday Sunday is a holiday but Mon to Thursday to not even ship? Also then be gaslit and told its sent on 2nd. Come on.. So many good things about you guys and this is how you start.

This definitely shipped on Monday 2nd March (it was collected at 16:10PM).
Tracking number is then issued when the item is exported.

Weekend backlog is always cleared on a Monday afternoon.

It will track once it clears customs.

I appreciate you’re a bit anxious about dispatch.

To be honest it can vary on export times which varies seasonally and regionally. Flights and exports are a bit wobbly at the moment geopolitically.

It’ll get there just fine.

It shipped out on Monday and I can see it was dated for export yesterday. I suspect it will be presented to your local customs authority in a couple of hours (they work 24/7). We are obviously not shipping anything at this hour.

Will continue to monitor the shipment for you but do not expect anything unusual to occur

So after 10 plus days its being delivered today. I was sent the following message from DHL regarding import fees.

I thought it included everything or it just for American market?

Shipments to UK, Australia, EEA, USA and outside EU have all fees covered.

This is advised on our website.

We will be trialling DDP shipments shortly to some EU destinations, but this will be optional and prices will be higher.

I am glad all is received.
