Should I use an external hard drive or an internal one in a docking station?

I would use it as media storage and for occasional downloads
If you recommend a docking station, could you recommend one, that can be connected to the vero 24/7?

Any USB drive will suffice with the Vero 2. If you attach more than one drive, or use a 7200RPM drive, I recommend an externally powered one.

I am sure the forum can recommend some drives.
