Skin change not sticking via set-up wizard

Have mentioned this before, at some point is there any chance to fix the bug where a skin change via the set-up wizard does not survive the first re-boot. Just taken a Vero4K+ out of the box, and as usual changed the skin to Classic during the start-up procedure, and as usual it switched back to the OSMC skin on first reboot.

I know there’s lots else being working on, this just feels like something that could be easily fixed?

There’s a lot of work going on with Leia atm. It should be picked up in that and backported to v17.
