Slideshow effect on HEVC content

There’s a strange slideshow effect that happens when playing back 1080p and 4K HEVC content. Audio still plays back normally. BT.709 and BT.2020 are both affected.

Sure thing! I’d be happy to.

I can’t reproduce the issue either on the release kernel or the tesing kernel. Is it something to do with Plex? Can you play these videos without Plex?

I’m gonna do a clean install without addons to make sure, before I try the test image.

Edit: the slideshow effect is still present with clean install.

Edit2: the test image is a winner. It has perfect playback. Thanks for letting me try it out!
