Small 4 color block visible on upper right hand corner during video

I am using rpi 2 and osmc dated 2015 11-29.
I am seeing a small 4 color block in the upper right hand corner of the screen during a movie playback.
Is there a switch somewhere that eliminates this block, or is this a bug in the system?

Thank you, changing out the power supply fixed the problem. I was connecting the pi to the tv usb port.
