SocketCAN support

I’ve purchased a PiCan 2 board with the hopes of allowing my Pi 2 to be controlled via steering wheel buttons in my car. Turns out OSMC’s version of Jessie doesn’t have the CAN modules necessary. How would I go about adding them?

The upcoming additions to OSMC’s bluetooth sink capabilities along with the use of my car’s built in controls would make for a perfect setup for me!
