Thank you for the news and yes I have updated yet and works perfectly no more pops during Atmos DD+!

Confirming that this latest firmware update has resolved the issue. Took awhile, but we finally got there in the end. I think all the users reporting this on the Sony forums, filing tickets and calling them continually made a difference.

Is anyone still having issues with this, or has it become solved for everyone?
Iā€™m new to this group but am still having issues as of 2023, with the new 2022 update mentioned above.
Does anyone have an idea?

my Sony STR-DN1080 shows at Settings ā†’ System Settings ā†’ System Information

Software-Version: M41.R.0518 (fv=p7.0518.0)

I just played all Dolby Atmos DD+ material I have from that time in 2021/2022 and all is fine doing Rambo jumps forward and backward, pause/play. No clicks/pops/slizzing noise while trying to reproduce the issue.
