I understand what your saying. Fortunately you can go into the settings of the add-on and increase the default rewind from 3 seconds to whatever you wish. If you set it to something like 10 seconds it should cover any buffering and/or A/V switching delays.
Yeah I did try this before but found it a bit clunky at the time. Might give it another go though.
This would be one of the things I didn’t want to look at before OSMC adopts a 4.x kernel.
