as soon as a play a movie sound drops tried reset of av and vero v

then play movie starts ok then drops again, any help please

Disable “Sync Playback to Display”

just drops again, never had any problems regarding audio before, not touched any setting, but now plays a few seconds to a few minutes then drops

thanks will try that, DTS through LG tv not possible

i did change hdmi input in av and played for about 15 min without any drops so gonna try a factory reset of av, arcam tend to have the odd gremlin that a reset usually fixes
