Hi - after the last update, my Vero has gone into a series of random reboots/crashes. After about 2 or 3 in a row, it stabilises enough for me to watch something.
I managed to get into the OSMC app and upload a log here:
https://paste.osmc.tv/huciruyile
This log was created after about 3 reboots in a row
Apparently it doesn’t reveal much. How else should I be capturing the log?
To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload logs that demonstrate your problem. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.
Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:
-
enable debug logging at settings->system->logging
-
reboot the OSMC device twice(!)
-
reproduce the issue
-
upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the Log Uploader
method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh
method invoking command grab-logs -A
-
publish the provided URL from the log set upload, here
Thanks for your understanding. We hope that we can help you get up and running again shortly.

Ok - I hope this log provides the answers:

It’s not showing much unfortunately. I would try powering the device via a USB-A cable to rule out a problem with the power supply.
So I finally got my hands on a USB-A - USB-A cable and it appears to have fixed the issue. Thanks
This is a temporary solution for testing.
I’d advise replacing the power supply
