Start Menu Missing

Hi,

When I went to use my Vero 2 the start menu is missing from the home screen. I updated it to the latest build but its still blank. Did I hit some key to hide them? Has anyone encountered this before? The only shortkey that works is “S” which give me the options of power and I can get access to settings but not to music or movie folders.

Did you try to temporarily change the skin to see if it shows the menu?

Yes that works when I switch to Confluence. however when I switch back to OSMC the menu reverts to the sceenshot I provided.
