Strange overlay top left corner

Hi, somehow I’ve activated an overlay in the top left corner. It’s showing log file path, memory usage and cpu usage.
Anybody know how to deactivate it please.
On Raspberry pi3

Rough location: Settings -> System -> Logging -> Debug Logging

Thanks, I’ll check that, however I wasn’t in the menus when it came on, I was on the home screen when it just popped up.

It seems you also can activate it with Shift-Ctrl-D maybe you pressed that?
