"stream stalled" with 1080p tv show

Hello,

Vero 4k user on 2022.03 version.
I tried to watch “House.of.the.Dragon.S01E01.The.Heirs.of.the.Dragon.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-MiU.mkv” today, but i had issues.

The video kept freezing regularly, and i saw “CVideoPlayerAudio::Process - stream stalled” errors in the logs, which are uploaded here :

Storage in on a NAS with a Gb connection, there is no issue on that end since i was able to watch another show and can watch 4k hdr10 movies without any issue.

Any idea ?

Hi,

Looks like the audio stream is corrupt.

Have you tired playback on another device, e.g PC with VLC?

Looks like a bad rip / download.

Yep watched that release without issue so it has to be your copy or NAS issues.

No issue when reading the same file, from my NAS, with VLC, on my computer.
I’ll try with another file on my vero device.

It worked fine with another file (4k version of the same episode).
Well, it’s even better this way.
