I have problems with CEC, my tv remote don’t respond
Which TV?
Are you on Krypton or Jarvis?
Did you powerdown (unplug from wall the TV and the OSMC device for more than 2 minutes?
If the powerdown didn’t help provide Debug Logs!

You are running a Krypton test build, it would seem, so libCEC would be updated via this channel and this wouldn’t be related to the October update.
libCEC was updated in the Krypton branch; this is now incompatible with b3. You will need to wait for b5 update (coming in a few hours), or downgrade back to the stable version of OSMC.

I’ve covered this above – it’s not related to the October update, it’s related to the fact that you are running experimental Kodi Krypton builds. New builds will be available in a few hours that will work with this new version of CEC.
Moved this to a new thread as it is not related to the October release but to Krypton Beta.
As it will be solved in a few hours (when you upgrade after Sam releases the new version) please mark it as solved by that time.
