Update: Found a problem with the dependency which will be fixed in the next version.

You can manually install the package or wait for the next build.

sudo apt-get install libinput10
sudo systemctl restart mediacenter

gmc, installing libinput10 wasn’t enough. I also needed to install libxkbcommon0 to solve the issue. Kodi is up and running again. Thanks for the work!

Went from stable March update to 17.8-219 testing. At boot a black init screen pops up, right after HDMI signal goes away. To make sure it the HDR workaround wasn’t the issue I cleared “/sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/attr” and rebooted but it doesn’t make a difference.

Try move your Kodi directory away. You may have a problematic add-on or incompatible skin.

Thanks. I did this and got it working again.
Next issue: can’t switch to 2160p and make it stick. Changing the setting through the Kodi UI: it blanks out and then returns to 1080p. Did not have this issue on Krypton.

I only recently joined the Leia testing builds with 17.8-219. Long press using Harmony Hub (via BT Kodi profile) wasn’t working and now with 17.8-221 it is! Thanks.

test of 17.8-221 on v4k

A couple of my main screen GUI customization labels disappeared - however navigation still worked. Manually re-adding the labels under customize/appearance worked fine.

It took ahwile to figure out how to remove the Random Movies that shows on the right side of the screen when my cursor is on Movies

Eventually under Appearance/Customize I was able to download the Skin Helper and Default Widgets, restarted OSMC, disabled, enabled, and re-disabled the widget did the trick

DVD.ISO with menus - the menu support appears to be darn close to RPI (sweet!) and the menus open almost instantly. Sadly the video playback stutters every few frames for these titles.

Overall - nice work!
