I confirm the issue on scan for new content in the last two releases, reverting to 345 fixes it and everything runs fine again.

348 and 349 both result in a frowny face boot loop for me. Dies when trying to load vsf.sftp addon.

removing the /usr/lib/kodi/addons/vfs.sftp directory allows it to complete the bootup.

I found a issue with the build and have pushed a new version of the skin (17.9.3-16)

When changing Settings>Player>Discs>Blu-ray playback mode to “Show Blu-ray menu” I get the following:
