Text at top of picture off edge of screen on new tv

Hi, not a major problem foe video but if text is wanted I have found the picture is off the edge of the screen. I recall there were some adjustment options but cannot find them. Please could somebody help I do not object if less screen is used provided I can see all the window on the screen.

You can adjust the overscan settings.

What’s the make and model of the TV?

I believe you have to set ‘16:9 Standard’ in the picture menu.
