Hi,

I have a Sony Video RMT-V407A controller. I don’t have config file but this controller is working?

To control a Sony VHS player, probably. If you made your own config file to use it with OSMC, maybe. There is certainly better options for a remote though.

You’ll need to program the remote with OSMC yourself as we don’t have a profile for it.
