Video clips do not create thumbnails on vero 2 and the setting is checked to do so
You are giving us pretty much zero info to work with here. What menu? Added to library? What skin?

Is ‘Extract thumbnails from videos’ enabled?
If you have a library mode, then the image will come from the scraper

Yes this is enabled movies and tv shows work fine with scrapers these are just short video clips
A debug log may give some clues here.
