I have been patient for 13 days now (I understand osmc is a group of volunteers) and have received no actionable feedback regarding my return request.

If you no longer want the item you ordered and wish to cancel your order, then please inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item, or 14 days for the UK.

My return request was made well within the 7 working days window.

I was travelling until 18/06, so didn’t get a chance to forward return details until then.

This would have been sent from a different email and not from the ticket. For your convenience, I’ve sent these on the original tickets that you have opened.

I have re-sent these details now. Please confirm when you have received them.

Could I get an update on my refund? It has been 3 weeks since the item was returned and I have still not received my refund.

Thanks for your message. I believe that this was posted to your original payment method on Friday, 06/08. This will be reflected shortly – depending on the processing times of your payment provider.

I will check and follow up on Monday morning to make sure that this is the case.

The delay was because we don’t normally accept returns after such a long time of ownership. We made an exception here a gesture of goodwill. You can make the request to return the item within 14 days of receiving the item, but we expect it to be returned fairly promptly as outlined in the terms of sale. Otherwise a customer could hold request to return an item within the return period and hold on to it for a long time (months or years).
