TMDB Scraper Broken in 11/19/20 Update

Getting the below error when trying to scrape Iron Eagle 1986.

2020-11-24 19:32:15.473 T:1757409504 ERROR: Run: Unable to parse web site
No information found for item ‘smb://192.168.1.1/pool/Media/Movies/HD/Iron.Eagle.1986.mp4’, it won’t be added to the library.

Please post full logs, with debugging enabled.

There has been no OSMC update dated 19th November

There seems to be something funny going on with that movie. When I manually try to add it in Kodi it shows up as “Iron Eagle (1988)” even though it is listed correctly on their site as “Iron Eagle (1986)” and if you select that it scrapes in correctly with the correct year. I don’t have an explanation for this. Regardless there is a quick and easy fix and that is by making a parsing NFO. What you would need to do is create a text file in the same location as the movie with the same name but with a “nfo” file extension that contains ONLY the url to the correct movie. In this case you would create a text file…

smb://192.168.1.1/pool/Media/Movies/HD/Iron.Eagle.1986.nfo

that contains the following text inside of it…

https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/11037-iron-eagle

Thanks that’s super helpful!!!

Hopefully resolved in 5.2.4 of TheMovieDB scraper … just waiting for it to appear via OSMC add-on repo

Edit: which has now happened and it resolved lookups for me

Indeed. I added a couple new movies today and ran into issues. The updated add-on for some reason did not automatically update on one of my boxes. After going into the install add-ons section and via the slide-out menu telling it to check for updates the update to TMDB scraper showed up and the movies that had not scanned in all show up with a new library update.
