Trying to restore settings "Unable to read file"

Hi all
I’m trying to restore settings from a backup file (stored on a NAS) on a fresh new install.
And I got this error message.
Any idea to fix that issue?

I had this issue with a recent reinstall. I solved it by using scp to copy the backup to the RaspPi and then restored from the local file.
