Tv loses connection with the vero or screen goes blue and vero stops responding until I pull the plug it out and into power again

No.

Did you plug the PSU in a different socket?

@sam_nazarko I spoke too soon, sadly my 4k+ just died on me again while idle in home screen. This now confirms it dies with the original psu or the iPad one I tested with. The battery thing must have been a total coincidence

Hopefully I still qualify for warranty replacement

If it’s within warranty then just open a support ticket

According to your store/order history Order #19579 was placed on August 9, 2018 not sure if that makes me qualify or not

Hang on - it looks like you have two Veros.

Why use an iPad PSU and not simply test with the other Vero PSU, assuming it’s not experiencing any issues?

Because I have the other vero setup in my man cave/ band practice place in a different part of town and I’m currently recovering from a surgery at home. But I’ll drive there in a few days when I feel better grab the other psu and test with that if you think its the psu maybe I can get a friend to grab it there and bring it to my place later today or tomorrow but no promises.

But lets be honest I could have told you I tested with both vero psu-s and you had no reason not to believe me

@sam_nazarko My girlfriend was kind enough to go get the power supply from my other vero but sadly no luck

The vero at Home crashes 30 sec after boot up even with the psu that works without problems at the other location

Crashing again a few minutes later with logging enabled, this always happens while browsing or idling the menus never during playback on an actual movie

Ok, that likely rules out a PSU issue.
